Joseph Andrews, 19s sd, costs 5s ; Alexander Lawson v. Charles Brown Parker, £2 16s 6d, costs 11s ; Charles William Marton v William Henry, £1 15s, costs ss ; Henry Fielder and Co. v. Charles Dorozae, £7 9s bd, costs 8s ; Henry Fieldei and Co. v. Arthur Reeve, £14 7s 6d, costs 15s; Herbeit Osbouine M'Farlane v. Charles W. L. Stephen, £34 13s lid, costs £2 14s; W. Littlejohn and Son v. Archibald E. Kennedy, £9 3s Bd, costs 18s 6d ; Drapery and General Importing Co. of Now Zealand, Ltd., v F.W. Fitzpatrick, £1, costs 17s , Jane Seigel % . Mrs. David Barry, £7 9s, costs £1 3s 6d. In the judgment feummons case, Edward Fraser Jones v. Frederick Webb, a debt of £17 3s 9d, debtor was ordered to pay on or befoie 9th February ; in default ee-ven days' impiisonment. Graham and Lambert sued W. B. Giesen, for a debt of £28 19s ; debtor being ordered to pay on or before 9th February; in det'ault, one month in Wanganui Gaol.
