HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until 15th February, will be obtainable as under (accept wiiero ordinary fares are less) : — On 20t.h, 21st, and 22nd January, from Wanganui, Waiouru, Foxton, Wellington (both stations), Dannevirke, Greytown, Te Aro, and intermediate stations to Te Aro, Gicytown, Dannevirke, Wellington (both stations), Foxton, Waiouru, Wanga-' nui, and intermediate stations, or vice versa. These tickets will be available for break of journey at any station at which the train is timed to stop after 25 miles from issuing station. ON 22nd •> JANUARY— CHEAP RETURN TICKETS, available for use on date of issue only, from Te Aro, Uosse and Co.'s Siding, and intermediate stations to Gosse and Co.'s Siding, Upper Hutt, and intermediate stations, and vice versa, will be obtainable at Saturday and Sunday fares. PALMERSTON NORTH-LONGBURN. The usual 3.55 p.m. Longburn-Palmerston North (Wellington dop. 10.10 a.m.) and 11.40 a.m. Palmerston North-Wellington trains will NOT run. Other trams will run as usual. WELLINGTON RACES at TRENTHAM. 20th, 22nd, and 23rd JANUARY. HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until 15th February, 19C9, will be obtainable as under-.— From Woodvillo, Greytown, Cross Creek, and intermediate stations to Wellington, Lambton, and from the Gorge, Porirua, and intermediate stations to Wellington Thorndon on 19th January. From Masterton, Greytown, Cross Creek, and intermediate stations on 23rd Januaiy to Trentham, only by the train which leaves Masterton at 7.0 a.m. and Greytown at 7.34 a.m. NOTE.— On 20th and 22nd January the general issue of Excursion Tickets covers Trcntham (see above). Admission to Racecourse is NOT included in Holiday Excursion Fares. FOR RACECOURSE.— Te Aro dep. 10.34 and 11.0 a.m., Wellington dep. 10.51, 11.1, 11.10 a.m. and 1.5 p.m. The 10.34 a.m. train from Te Aro will not stop between Te Aro and Trentham for passengers The 11.10 a.m. and 1.5 p m. trains from Wellington will stop at Petonei and Lower Hutt to take up passengers for Trentham. Passengers from Ngahauranga to travel' by train leaving there 10.7 a.m. ; from.
