PROPOSED CONFERENCE. Bj Telegraph .—Press Association.— Copyright, (Received December 16, 8.8 a.m.) LONDON, 15th December. The Right Hon. Sydney Buxton, Post-master-General, stated in the House of Commons that after the dissatisfaction expressed by Mr. Lemieux, Canadian Postmaster-General, on the question of Atlantic cable rates, the Government had arranged for representatives of Britain and Canada to meet in London in the spring to consider the subject.
