[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, 20th August. The boxing championships concluded to-night-Bantams. — J. Parker (Canterbury) beat F. Kerr (Wellington) and W. D. Shiels (Manawatu). Feather-weight.— W. Elliott (Canterbury) won by default. Light-weight. — T. Metcalf (Auokland) beat J. H. Finnorty (Southland). Welter-weight.— R. Mayze (Canterbury) won by default. Middle-weight. — J. Smith (Auckland) boat A. Leckie (Wellington) and A. Thompson (Mariborough) Heavy-weight. — M. P. Ryan (Southland) beat P. Hale (Wellington). The selection committee of tho New Zealand Boxing Council has selected the following team to represent the Dominion in the Australasian championships at Brisbane : — Feather-weight, W. Elliott ; welter, R. Mayze; middlo, J. Smith; heavy, M. P. Ryan.
