RUSSIAN FRAUDS.
THIRTY PERSONS ARRESTED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, 19th August. The renovation and reissue of useid. stamps has defrauded the postal authorities of Moscow alone to the extent of half a million sterling. Thirty persons, including a posted official, have now been arrested in connection with the frauds.
