[BT TXLXGBArH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION,) DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr. Joseph M'Kay, proprietor of the City Boot Palace, and well-known in trotting circles^ is dead. The cause of death was neart trouble, from which ho had suffered for many years.
