O A BLOODHOUND ON THE TRAIL. - By Telegiapn.— Presa Association.— Copyright (Received August 19, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 18th August. A bloodhound for four days tracked the murderer of Madge Kirby, a liltle girl, wiiose body was found in the cellar of an empty house at Liverpool. The dog finally gave up the scent on the railway platform; hence it is believed the murderer left the city last night by a Birmingham excursion train.
