In connection with the dispute with the Commissioners of the Franco-British Exhibition over the Daily Mail building, the Agents-General have waived their right 'to an injunction against the Daily Mail on condition that the question of damages is left to someone to be nominated by the Duke of Argyll The trouble has arisen through Mr. Iraro Kiralfy having given permission to the Daily Mail to erect a large pavilion almost completely obscuringj tho Australian building from the main avenues. The space was originally shown vacant. Victoria made application for an injunction. AUSTRALIAN COURTS NEARING COMPLETION., KING'S INSPECTION 1 . (Received May 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 24th May. The press viewed ,the Australian Courts, which are approaching completion. The King makes an inspection on Tuesday. He will be received by the Chief Commissioners. ; The Courts will open to the publio I afterwards.
