These rights were purchased by the Bankrupt from Mr. Philip Hoare for the sum of £700, and £500 was paid in cash prior to the bankruptcy on account of the purchase. LOT 9. All the Interests of the Bankrupt in a Residence and Seotion of Land at Miramar, as moro particularly described in C/T, Vol. 162, folio 222, and marked 58/192, and on which a mortgage of £500 is owing to T. Duncan as trustee. This property is in the name of Mr. Bartlett, to whom a balance of £5 only is due. The Terms of Sale are 25 per cent, deposit, balance in one month.
