The Imperial loan is pue of twelvo and a half millions sterling, and tho Prussian loan twenty millions. They are non-convertible. The interest is four per cent., and stock was to be issupd at 99^, A syndicate of German banks (which takes ten millions four per cent, bonds) engineered tho loan.
