Bidding was slow, and there were largo withdrawals, especially of short merinos. Compared with January sales, merinos declined by jjd, fino medium crossbreds Id, coarse erossbreds Id to l£d. The Antwerp wool -sales closed on Wednesday. The features were unchanged. Four thousand five hundred and eight balee of La Plata were offered and 1M.4 told. ■ \ Siher is quoted at 23 lid.
