Leslie Carrick, £6 7s lid, costs £1 3s 6d; Francis H. D. Bell, E. T. D. Bell, M. Myers and A. K. S. Mackenzie v. Joseph Andrews, £5 12s' 6d, costs £1 3s 6d ; United Asbestos Australasian Agency. Ltd. v. Henry Geo. Stewart, £10 4s, costs £1 10s 6d ; James Erskine Patrick v. John Hogan, £2 15s, costs 10s. In the judgment summons caso A. Sydney Watson v. Ernest O'Keill, a | debt of £6 9s 6d, debtor ,\vas ordered to pay on or before 17th March, or in default undego seven days'- imprisonment. Alex. A. . Douglas was ordered to pay £6 16s 6d to the Anglo NewZealand Cycle Company, on or before 17th March ; in default seven days' imprisonment.
