EXPLOSION IN A MINE By Telegraph. — Frr&s .\SBQOiution.--CopyiiKht SAN FRANCISCO, 29th Feb. News received from Sabinas, a mining centre in the Nuevo province of northeast Mexico, states that an explosion in the Monterey Steel Company's mines killed seventy persons.
