HIS WEST COAST TRIP. After a visit of two weeks to tho West Coast of tho South Island, tho Hon. R. M'Nab, Minister of Lands, returned to Wellington on Saturday. Speaking of his trip, the Minister saya that from Greymouth to Big Wnpganui there is nn area of country euitable for sottloment. ' The dairy factories are doing well. The farmers have not been greatly troubled with drought, and consequently tho grass is green and growing well.
