Resolutions passed by Nonconformist M.P's. and "Welsh members not committed to either group are of unqualified approval of 3lr. M'Kenna's Education Bill. High Churchmen fiercely denounce it. Father Vaughan, speaking in the East End, said it was altogether an impossible Bill. The Most Rev. Dr. Bourne, Catholic Archbishop of Westminster, speaking at Leeds, said he believed the measure would be unworkable.
