Morgan, M.P., who was appointed Recorder of Swansea, has been re-elected to Carmarthen West unopposed. Mr. Morgan, K.C., has been Liberal member for West Carmarthenshire since 1899. Ho had, according lo custom, to go to his constituents vhen elevated to the Bench.
