!JBT TEtEGBAVIT.— PBSSS ASSOCIATION.] INVEECAEGILL, This Day. The Supreme Court opened before Mr. Justice Williams. There was only two cases — ono of alleged manslaughter, arising out of the Nightcaps mine fatality, and tho other of breaking and entering against four young men, who stole beer and cake from the dwelling of Chinamen, who wera about to celebrate the New Year. The latter case is proceeding.
