FRENCH NAVAL PLANS. TRIAL OF LIEUTENANT ULLMO.

A number of documents relating to charges against Lieutenant Ullmo, of celling plans to Germany, were stolen from his counsel's rooms ill a Touloa hotel. A public trial of the lieutenant i$ proceeding. The lieutenant belongtd to the French torpedo boat Carabine. When arrested, he is said to have admitted that he had asked Germany to pay 950,000 francs for plans o? the defences of Toulon harbour, but was informed that tho price asked was too much, as the plans wert only of secondary importance.
