ARBITRATION COURT.
[BT TELEGRAM. — rBESS ASSOCIATION.'] DUNEDIN, This Day. At the Arbitration Court this morning, when the musterers' industrial dispute was called on, the union representative made an application .to the court to sit in country towns and hear evidence, in order to lessen the expense of at Alexandra on 26th February, at bringing witnesses to Dunedin. The court fixed a sitting of the court Dunedih on 23th February, and Oamaru on sth March, in order to hear evidence. Invercargill witnesses will be examined in Dunedin.
