CRICKET. WELLINGTON v. HOROWHENUA.
The following team .has been chosen to represent the Wellington "Wednesday Association against the Horowhenua. Association 10-morrow on No. 1 wicket of the Basin Reserve : — Jackson, Bonner, T. O" Sullivan,. Wilkinson (Union), A. C. rVar.f, M'Kay (Rivals), A. Moore, Little, M'Keiizie (Oriental), A. George, and W. Giui (George and (.reoige). Players who are unable- to lako part in the game are requested to inform tha secretary at once. The match will commence at 1.30 p.m. At a meeting of the Wednesday Cricket Association, it was decided (o entertain the visiting team at the Theatre Enval in the evening. The hairdressers of tho city will try conclusions to-morrow at Newtown Park iv a (.ticket match between teams repicsenting the establishments north of the corner of Onha and Manners-streets, and those south of tho dividing line respectively.
