The vacancy for the Worcester seat caused by the unseating of (Mr. Williamson eighteen months ago, was filled by the return of Mr. E. A. Goulding. The voting was — •Mr. E. A. Goulding, Unionist Tariffite, '4361. Mr. Elverston, Liberal, 3069. Mr. G. H. Williamson, Conservative, was unseated owing to his illegal act in pnying a sum of money to a person other than an election agent.
