King Edward, Queen Alexandra, and the Princo and Princess of Wales will attend a service at St. Paul's on Sunday in memory of King Carlos and Princo Luis of Portugal. King Carlos's life -was insured for £75,000. King Manuel, when receiving his r,ew Ministers, declared that under- no ciivunv stances would he hare recourse io a dictatorship. A MINISTRY OF APPEASEMENT. DICTATORSHIP'S DECREES TO BE REPEALED. LISBON, 6th February. The Government intends to convoke the Cortes, and to repeal most of the decrees issued by the Franco dictatorship, including that affecting the liberty of the press. Parliament, the municipalities, and the country welcome the Government us a Ministry of appeasement.
