The gradual sinking of the slope whereon the Spoleto Cathedral, Italy, is built, threatens to ruin tho structure. Spoleto is a city in the province of Perugia, sixty miles north by east of Rome. It is the seat of an archbishopric, and contains a castle and various antiquities.
