A POLICY OF CONCILIATION. NATIVE REBELS TO BE PARDONED.

The Governor of Natal, Sir Matthew Nathan, speaking at an indaba at U&utu, attended by from 200 to 250 chiefs, announced that the Government intended to pursue a policy oL "forgive and forget." It nad, therefore, decided to pardon all tho rank and file concerned in the rebellion of 1906. The natives aro impressed and delighted at this display of leniency.
