ALLEGED MISAPPROPRIATION. [Bi Tklegbavh.— Spkciat, to Tue Pobt.J CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. In the Magistiate's Court to-day eight charge of ni'cgcd misappropriation of trust moneys were brought against Francis Bruges, solicitor. The informant asked permission to withdraw the charges, but Mr. Day, S.M., declined to allow this snying he would adjourn for a week to allow tho police to investigate and see whether in Uid event of the private information being withdrawn they were prepared /to go on with the chaigeb.
