A restaurant at Seddon, owned by D. Lambert, and occupied by Mrs. A. Byford, was destroyed by 'fire early this morning. Efforts of a bucket, brigade wero successful ir saving Fuller's genoral store adjoining. The insurances were :— Building, £80 in the Phoenix and £65 in tho New Zealand Office ; furniture, £100 in the Liverpool, London, and Globe.
