GENERAL HORROR AND SYMPATHY. ' (Received February 3, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, 2nd February. People were startled and horror-struck by the news of the murder of the King and Crown Prince of Portugal. General sympathy is felt for the bereaved Queen and the relatives of the deceased.
