RULES AND REGULATIONS. ' Entries will bo received by tho Managing Steward up till 9 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, sth February, 1903: All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m. on the course on tho day of the races, when a six mouths' certificate will bo granted, for which 5s will be charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will be started on a minimum of B=t 7lb. The Miramar Cup will bo started on a minimum of Bst. • Any winner during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rulos is in courso' of preparation, and will shortly bo issued. V/eights will* bu declared on MONDAY, 10th February. The Managing Steward jwill be pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodation to bo obtained for themselves and ponies. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. In tho case of there being less than five , starters for tho Miramar Cup, the right is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
