LABOUR TROUBLES IX DUNEDIN. [BY TELEGRAPH. — I'RESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, This Day. The Wharf Labourers' Union intends taking action to cancel its regulation under the Arbitration Act, but tho opinion is general that this does not involve a strike. Feeling, however, favours* similar action by the Seamen's Union. On the other hand, the employers regard it as a game of bluff.
