In connection with the Thorndon Swimming Club a 100 yds handicap race was hold in the Thorndon baths last evening. The race resulted as follows : — R. Ronayne (6 sec), 1; D. A. McLeod (18sec), 2; F Roberts (scr), 3. Also started— E. Picot (13sec), W Bey (15sec), K. Wiggins (16 sec), A. Adams (losec), G. Bruce (17sec), A. W Smith (24sec). Won on touch. Time, 72sec.
