A DROWNING FATALITY.
THE ENQUIRY. [BT TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, This Day. An inquest held at Waiuku 6n Tuesday on the body of Alfred Nealie; who was drowned .at Waikato heads, showed that the launch, in which the party had gone outside the heads intending to fish, was, owing to an accident to the rudder, not thoroughly under control, but thepassage across the bar was considered safe by the occupants. Nealie, however, when approaching ihe bar jumped up in fright and, with an oar with which he had been assisting in steering, threw himself overboard and was drowned. The jury's verdict was in accordance with this evidence.
