All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m. on the courso on tho day of the races, when a six months' certificate will be granted, for which 5s will be charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, { will be started on a minimum of Bit 71d. The Miramar Cup will be started on a minimum of Bst. Any winner during tho day to incur a penalty of 71b k So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be iesnod.
