Last, week iv decomposed body was found in a disused shaft in tlio Ballarat district. It was supposed to be the result of an accident, but the police have now reason to believe that an atrocious murder has been committed, the motive being lobbery. A woman named! Graham, living aprrt from her husband, left Geelong early in December to spend a holiday at Vyandra. She had considerable, jewellery and clothing- , The body has been identified as hers. There is no trace of jewellery.
