Ho moved that the report and statement of accounts be received and adopted. (Applause). Mr. \V. H. Irvine' M.H.R., seconded the motion, which was carried unanimously. Mr. Newell was re-elected a director, and Mr. A. M. Valantine and Mr. W. G. Tulloch were re-appoint-ed auditors. The directors for New Zealand are Messrs A. "E. Pearce, chairman, Wm. Fraser, M.P., and Nicholas Reid. General manager for New Zealand, Mr. Orton Stevens, with branches and agencies throughout the Dominion.
