Act Amendment Bill . i The object of the Liquor Act Amendment Bill is to make clear the intention of Parliament that votes cast, for nolicenso when insufficient to carry tho license should bo added to the- votes casf, for reduction. T n view of the fact that there is *to be an appeal to theSupreme Court, a proviso has been inserted in tho Bill to tho.efFect that the Bill shall not affect litigation pending in the Supreme Court up to the 17th inst.
