At the police court yesterday afternoon, J- I'atrick Sarsfield, alias Kelleher, was charged with disorderly conduct while drunk, and with committing a breach of his prohibition order. "Suppose a man went out in the street," said accused, "and shouted at the top of his voice and waved his arms about, would he be drunk?" Witness: "'Not necessarily." Accused : "Did you see any 'pimps' inciting me?" Witness: "No; I did not."
