BOER GENERAL DISAPPOINTED.

General Pjcnaar, who took a conspicuous part in tho Boer war, has discovered, to his, regret, that the Portuguese Government has a good memory. Long articles have appeared from his pen in the South Africpn newspapers, declaiming against tho colonial methods practised by the Portuguese, whom he accused of onslaving the natives and treating them with the greatest cruelty. Now comas the other side of the nccount.
