CRIME IN RUSSIA. ATTEMPTED OUTRAGE AT AN ODESSA SCHOOL. [press association.! (Received February 4, 9.2 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 3rd Feb. Details of tho attempted bomb outrage at a school in Odessa show that two youths, dressed in school uniform, loft the building. Their conduct was considered suspicious, and an enquiry revealod an infernal machine, contain- ; ing 81bs of gelignite with a fuse, which was burning within two and a half lninutes of the cap. Tho studonts at tho school were mostly Jews, who were studying under fifty professors. ONE HUNDRED ARRESTS. ST. PETERSBURG, 3rd Fob. One hundred arrests wcro made on Friday nigm in the factory districts in Warsaw. Colonel Brielski, Chief of tho Gendarmes, was shot. Tho murderer escaped.
