NOTICE ig hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by "Tho Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901," and tho amendments theroof, tho Council of the County of Hutt intends to raise a Special Loan. (1.) Tho particular undertaking is the widening and construction of that portion of tho Lowry Bay-Day's Bay Road, situate in tho County of Hutt and between the southern boundary of tho Borough of Lowor Hutt and the northern boundary of the Borough of Eastbourne. [ (2.) Tho sum proposed to bo borrowed is £1500. (3,) Tho proposed security and provision for repayment of the loan is ni Special Rate of three-eighths of a, penny in the pound to bo levied upon tho capital rateable value of all rateable propcrtj, comprising sections 33, 34, 32, 30, 29, 27.25, 23, 21, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 31, Blook XVI., Belmont Survey District, as au annual recurring rate for a period of twenty-six years or during the currency of such loan.
