THE NEW TOWN OF EAST PORIRUA.

m Visitors to Pqrirua have noticed for some months past the formation and completion of a number of roads through what was formerly known as the "Wall EsUte," an original section of 106 acres in the Porirua district. The property is immediately in front of tho Porirua railway station, and has been subdivided into budding sections varying in area from a quarter-acre to nine acres. The new town will bo sold by public auction by Messrs. Macdonald, Wilson, and Co. on Wednesday,, the 27th day of February, at half past 2 o'clock.
