THE CATCH OF THE SEASON The catch of WHITEBAIT for this season is only about one-half that of last, and we therefore advise customers to buy early and avoid being disappointed. We have four large factories on the West Coast of New Zealand for the sole purpose of canning Whitebait, and if you want the rearFRESH article you have to buy a can of the famous "ST. GEORGE" brand. You will find it much superior to the so-called " fresh "(?) Whitebait sold by fish shops in the cities, as under our process the fish is put into cans, cooked, and hermetically scaled AS SOON AS IT IS TAKEN OUT OK THE WATER.
