Mrs. Kenny Billmgton and two other women suffragists were arrested outside Mr. Asquith's residence. They persistedin wishing to ring the door-bell and demanding a hearing. Mrs. Billington was fined on a charge of assaulting the police. Several other cases were adjourned.
