Wind. — Strong to gale from between northeast and north and vest after 20 hours from now »t all places northward of East Cape, Tiupo, and Raglan, and from tbe_ tame direction after from 10 to 16 hours at place* southward from Napier and Wanganui to Lyttelton and Holcitika ; strong to 'gale from between north and west and south-west elsewhere.
