George Al'Donald was sentenced lit the Police Court to-day to two months' imprisonment on a charge of obtaining money by false pretences. v Detective Marsack stated that the , accused represented that he was a jockey employed by Sir George Clifford, and that he had £700 in the bank but was unable to operate in Auckland upon his substantial credit. '
