STEAMER WAIHI ASHORE.
[BT TELEGBAPH. — PKS33 ASSOCIATION j BLENHEIM, This Day. The steamer Waihi, 63 tons, Captain Backstrom, went ashore a few nights ago in trying to enter the Wairau Bar. She new lies well up , on the gravel beach clear of water at low tide. She is owned by the Union Sbeam Ship Company. Itr is expected that she will be refloated in three days. The Waihi went ashore in the same place some years ago.
