SUGGESTED MEMORIAL SERVICE AT WESTMINSTER. MESSAGES OF SYMPATHY. Lpbbss association.l LONDON, 14th June. Sir Joseph Ward has suggested that a memorial service should be held in Westminster Abbey on the day of Mr. Seddon's funeral. He will be unable to leave on Friday. The Colonial Institute and the Independent Labour members of the House of Commons passed resolutions of condolence.
