SPEECH BY AN AUSTRO-HUN.-GARIAN MINISTER. (press association.] VIENNA, 14th June. Count Golttchowski, Minister for Foreign Affairs, addressing the Budget Committee of the Austrian delegation, said that Austria-Hungary was able to reckon on Italy's support in the Balkan policy. They were agreed that the status quo in regard to Albania should be upheld. The Triple Alliance, added the Minister, had proved a guarantee of peace. It had helped Austria-Hungary over many a difficulty, and he hoped it would continue to do so in tße future.
