Wind. — Strong {roni between north-west and west and south-west at all places northward of East Cape, Tauranga, and Uaglan; strong to galo from between, north and west and south-west after 16 hours thence southward to Napier and earlier elsewhere. Barometer. — Littlo movement northward of East Cape, Taurangn, and Raglan; fall toon thence southward to Kaikoura and Hokitika Further fall everywhere else, but rise in thesouthernmost districts after ten hours Sea.— Heavy on all western coast and at Cape- Campbell; moderate elsewhere. Moderate winds from the eouthwaid have been pievalent north of Napier nnd New Plymouth, and from tho westward at moat other places, but westerly gales at Bluff with rain.
