In tho recent action brought by Moßsrß. Sandor and Sons, well-known Eucalypti Extract manufacturers, against tin inmitating concern, in tho Suprorao Court of I Victoria, beforo his Honour Chief Justice Sir J, Maddon, K.C.M.G., etc., his Honour said with regard to tho gonuino Sandor and Sons' Eucalypti Extract that whonovor an aritolo is commended to tho pubTio by reason of its good quality, etc., it is not permissible to imitate any of its foaturos. Ho restrained tho imitators perpetually from doing bo, and ordered them to pay all costs.
