Wind.— Strong from between north and west and south-west at all places northward of East Cape, Taupo, and Manukau ; gale from same dueetion after 20 hours thence southward to Napier and Raglan, and after ten hours elsewhere. Barometer,— Fall everywhere. Set.— Heavy on a!! western ooast and on eastern coast northward of East Cape and southward of Napier; moderate elsewhere.
